高雄教育產業 受到國際的重視 剛好送給國昌國中校慶23週年的大禮

今早國昌國中正式與澳大利亞昆士蘭州的百年名校，創立於1863年的Ipswich Grammar School簽訂合作意向書(MOU)，國昌是IGS在海外繼日本名古屋，中國山東外第一所在台灣合作學校。未來兩校將合作項目包括短期和長期冬、夏季遊學團，以及學期中的視訊交流會議，並提供國昌學生參加為期二到三周的英語密集學習課程與遊學計畫。
通過這種合作，我們把兩種不同但可相容的東、西方教育理念結合在一起，努力促進培育我們身處於同一個地球村的價值觀念。希望我們將繼續加強和增進雙方的友誼，通過這樣的努力，鼓勵所有學生理解並接受具有國際化的思想才是人類的進步的基石。
國昌國中，在接軌國際與推動雙語教育，再邁前一大步。
We, the undersigned, do formally accept this Letter of Co-operation as a symbol of the
special friendship that exists between Guo-Chang Junior High School and Ipswich Grammar School.
The aim of this letter is to formalize the existing friendship and co-operation between our two organizations, and hence to enhance learning from each other and improve the quality of
educational services through exchange programs.
The purpose of these Study Tour program is to combine intensive English language lessons with educational, cultural and recreational activities. Both organizations aim to assist
students and teachers to gain a deeper insight into Australian culture and way of living while
studying at Ipswich Grammar School and while living with Australian families.
It is through this co-operation that we bring together two different but compatible educational
Philosophies and endeavour to foster the value of the global community of which we are all
part of. May we continue to strengthen and enrich our friendships and, in so doing, encourage
all to accept the need for international understanding as the cornerstone of man’s progress.
